Descripción de la oferta | Key purpose of the job Execute Novo Nordisk Public Affairs strategy with the aim of influencing regional and national governmental trends & policies which might impact diabetes, haemophilia & obesity care. Build and increase awareness for the need for "Changing Diabetes" & “Changing Haemophilia”; and improve understanding of decision makers that market access of innovative drugs is needed to improve patients quality of life. Assure company differentiation from other pharmaceutical companies by building trust and take responsibility to increase Public-Private partnership explorations. Key accountabilities •Coordinate and execute the Public Affairs Plan at regional and national level, aligned with the company strategy & objectives. •Guarantee national & regional Cross Functional Collaboration with rest of functions (field & back office). Main accountabilities •Contribute to the development of national & regional Changing Diabetes® programmes pointing on the need of improve diabetes burden. •Provide insights to Changing Haemophilia® marketing team in order to contribute for the brand strategy tailored to the needs of the affiliate. •Shaping of regional/national policy makers and relevant stakeholders in order to identify key players in the diabetes/haemophilia/obesity regulation process. •Follow up to the national diabetes strategy as well as the regional diabetes plans in order to identify opportunities for public-private partnership to change diabetes & haemophilia at regional and national level. •Create, foster and manage a strong institutional conta |
