Descripción de la oferta | NATIONAL SALES MANAGER IBERIA Medical Industry (Madrid) The post-holder will be expected to: Represent the company at local and regional level liaising in accordance both internally and within the medical community Jointly with Managing Director, define, develop and implement strategy and tactics of the sales operation in Iberia agreeing on financial goals for business area territory structure, objectives/PIs for team under management (Area Managers, Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives), compensation and development policies Efficiently manage Area Managers and the entire sales force ensuring that the objectives set up are met or exceed focusing to maximize customer satisfaction, growth and profitability Identify training and developing needs for direct reports nurturing a high competence/performance culture that enables individuals grow mid and long term. Perform client-facing role with strong commercial focus Develop goals and policies establishing standard operating procedures in alignment with the organization’s mission Deliver management information reporting on proper time scale Can we inspire you for this challenge? Requisitos | The profile University education preferably with postgraduate (management, financial) qualification Proven track record demonstrating business acumen and strong leadership working with highly exposed multinational environments Excellent sales and financial results record even in challenging economic environment Managerial experience with proven ability to solve issues and lead the BU operation in a modern, efficient and customer centric mode Successful experience managing change processes, a valuable plus Excellent communication capabilities to network and liaise at the right level (Spanish and English a must; other languages a plus) Qualifications 10-15 years managerial experience in a similar role within a multinational group (ideally, no less than 5 years exposure to Health Care industry) Matrix minded and multicultural focus Change management practice with sound decision-making ability Capability to lead with strong commercial focus, profitability drive and a sense of urgency, being able to bring innovation, competence and development opportunities to the team Exposure to fast moving and highly pressurized environments with a regular contact to senior stakeholders Excellent oral presentation and writing skills (Spanish and English) Nivel de estudios mínimo requerido: Licenciado Idiomas requeridos: Inglés nivel Alto Experiencia profesional mínima requerida: de 5 a 10 años Disponibilidad para viajar requerida: El 40% del tiempo laboral |
